These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Folio & Flow™ (“Folio & Flow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, digital products, hosted tools, and services. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
1. Scope of Services
Folio & Flow™ provides digital-first products and services, including but not limited to:
Downloadable digital products (PDFs, templates, frameworks)
Prompt systems and toolkits
Hosted tools and subscription-based access
All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are offered.
Folio & Flow™ offerings include all proprietary tools and products operated under the Folio & Flow brand, including hosted platforms such as Kairo™ and the Professional Language Toolkit (PLT™).
2. Purchases & Access
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Upon successful payment, access to purchased digital products or services is granted immediately unless otherwise specified. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the technical ability to access digital content.
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access, all purchases are final.
3. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Folio & Flow™ does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products or services.
For subscription-based products:
You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
Access remains active through the end of the paid term.

4. Intellectual Property & License
All content, materials, prompts, frameworks, branding, and systems provided by Folio & Flow™ are protected intellectual property.
Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.
You may not:
Share, resell, or redistribute content
Upload materials to public or shared repositories
Repackage or rebrand content for resale
Use our materials to create or train competing products or services
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use our products or services for unlawful purposes
Attempt to bypass access controls or security measures
Interfere with or disrupt our systems or platforms
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
6. No Guarantees or Professional Advice
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Folio & Flow™ makes no guarantees regarding results, outcomes, revenue, or performance. Our products are tools designed to support communication and workflows and do not replace professional judgment, legal advice, or internal policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Folio & Flow™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
8. Modifications to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
