Folio & Flow™ offers digital products and services that are delivered electronically with immediate access. Due to the nature of digital delivery, our refund and return policy is outlined below.
All Purchases Are Final
Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access, all purchases are final.
Once a purchase is completed, access to the digital product or service is granted immediately and cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged.
No Refunds or Returns
Folio & Flow™ does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital products or services, including but not limited to:
Downloadable files or templates
Prompt packs or digital toolkits
Hosted tools or platform access
Subscription-based products
This applies to accidental purchases, change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes.
Subscriptions (If Applicable)
For subscription-based products:
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Cancellations do not result in refunds for the current billing period.
Access remains active through the end of the paid subscription term.
Technical Access Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a purchased product, please contact info@folioandflow.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore access. Technical issues do not constitute grounds for refunds or returns.
