Folio & Flow™ provides digital products and services designed for immediate access and use. By purchasing any product from Folio & Flow™, you agree to the terms outlined in this Digital Products Policy.
Digital Product Delivery
All Folio & Flow™ products are delivered electronically. This includes, but is not limited to:
Downloadable files (PDFs, templates, written frameworks)
Prompt packs and digital toolkits
Hosted tools and subscription-based access
No physical products are shipped.
Access & Availability
Access to digital products is granted immediately upon successful payment unless otherwise stated in the product description. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure the ability to access digital content.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access, all purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once access has been granted. This includes, but is not limited to:
Accidental purchases
Change of mind
Incompatibility with internal systems
Lack of use after purchase
Subscriptions (If Applicable)
For subscription-based products:
Billing occurs on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in refunds for the current billing period.
Access remains active through the end of the paid term.
Intellectual Property
All Folio & Flow™ digital products are protected intellectual property.
Purchases grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only. Content may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or used to create competing products.
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access without refund.

Folio & Flow™ reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
